Politically, this would be a bonanza for Jeb Bush, if he were able to do something.
Reading his emails on another thread, he's not able to issue "executive orders," or storm the hospice center.
Trashing Jeb Bush may feel good, but it is silly.
There's plenty he could do. That's why we've got the disappointment and disbelief from erstwhile supporters, at his inaction. These times come along in everyone's life, where 'my hands are tied' or 'it's not my department' just isn't good enough. Times when you have to show real leadership- even, make your own precedent. booby traps and spider holes...I "was unable" to save your son ...
and been just as justified
as Gov Bush...
But In my mind ..I would have also been..
