I like this new owner the Red Sox have. He's gonna get Steinbrenner's Yankees a few times. You can say goodbye to that silly curse in the near future and the BoSox will win 2 to 3 WS in the next 10 years.

He owned the Marlins and did a lousy job, and he has a big mouth without much to back it.

As much of a *&(*% Steinbrenner is, he is a major power in baseball. He can make this guy's life a misery.

I really wish the Sox had different ownership, just as much as I wish George would let go of operations (the banishment by Fay Vincent saved this ball club).
