They want Terri dead any way they can get it: Michael, if for nothing more, than to be able to move on with his life with his fiancee, daughter, and second child on the way; George Felos, his attorney, so that he can promote his 1st book, Litigation As Spiritual Practice, and George Greer, because he doesn't want anyone to tell him what to do.

George Greer has illegally allowed Felos to fire Terri's guardian ad litem and has refused to appoint another. Terri's rehabilition fund is supposedly down to almost nothing despite the fact that very little if any has been spent actually rehabilitating Terri. Further, from what I've read elsewhere, Judge Greer has not been requiring Felos to meet the mandatory reporting requirements regard to Terri's trust.

Does something smell fishy? Like maybe Schiavo needs to ensure that the trust never gets transferred to anyone else--money or not--since that would spell AUDIT?

If there is an audit and it turns out money was stolen from Terri's fund, what would that mean for the judge who was legally required to oversee it?

I hope it means he would be put out on the streetcorner, but seriously I have no idea what would happen! Guess we may have to wait and see. Stinks bigtime, doesn't it?
