Apparently, it's a matter of the opinion of the judge hearing the case. You are like me, thinking that there are some retained rights by individuals that can't be delegated out to anyone, but this judge doesn't see it the same way you or I do. It's weird. If you read the statutes, it's right there in black and white, but you get to the courtroom and the same statute means something totally different. I don't get it.

Rita Cosby just gave a very indepth interview to Terri's sister and brother.
Her brother said he gave Terri a big kiss on the cheek and whispered in her ear "hang in there Terri, we'll going to get you out of this mess".
He said she gave him a big smile!
