Anyone familar with the Fannie Mae Foundation, it's CEO, Stacey Stewart or Savoy Magazine?

I found it curious that that Fannie Mae CEO, Frank Raines and Fannie Mae Foundation's Stacey Stewart both made Savoy's list of most powerful blacks.

I do NOT like cozy foundations created out of, and adjunct to Federal or State Bureaus and Agnecies. It is incredibly compromising. A conflict of interest, at the least.
