If he can't do it legally than he is probably suffering even more at this situation than we are. If HE CAN'T then he owes it to the citizens of Florida and Americans that are suffering right now, to HOLD A PRESS CONFERENCE on the STEPS OF THE HOSPICE and give a EXPLANATION of just " WHY"......and then go in and visit Terri personally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps you could send a note with your opinions to Jeb Bush's office suggesting that very thing... I doubt it would get noticed among all the vicious accusations that folks are flooding him with right now, though.

Agreed. He could say a great many things that would help.
He should publicly criticize Greer, but I doubt this judge has any shame.
He could, if need be (and the need be's all right) call on the people to rally and calmly just go in there and get her.
