Mayor Street wins. The thing to remember is that before his office was bugged, the race was neck in neck. Sometimes it don't pay to piss the people off by trying to tamper in an election. Every one knows all the pols are crooked to begin with. Katz would have been good for the city, but he's spilt milk know.
