An Iraqi lawyer who helped U.S. forces rescue Jessica Lynch said he faked a heart attack to get back into the hospital and obtain more information.

Mohammed al-Rehaief said on "Dateline NBC" Friday night that he decided to act after seeing an Iraqi colonel strike Lynch in her hospital bed.

"I felt I was born again. It was like something that came to balance the loss of my eye," al-Rehaief said.

God bless this guy. I hope he truly does get born again! I'm so glad the U.S. finally did the right thing, and brought him here. Hope he's getting a little protection too. I wouldn't put it past the Muslim infiltrators to try to retaliate against him.

Al-Rehaief's book, "Because Each Life Is Precious," was released Friday. NBC plans to air a film on Nov. 9 on the experience of Lynch's Army unit and her rescuers. The film is being made without Lynch's participation.

Since Ms. Lynch reportedly doesn't remember her rescue, that makes all the sense in the world to me; the story of her rescue belongs to her rescuers.

Hero Muslim bump. We couldn't accomplish a thing against the terrorists if *most* Muslims weren't good, decent people.

Where did you hear that she doesn't remember her rescue? My understanding is that she doesn't remember her capture and part of her captivity prior to awakening in the hospital in Nasiriya.

Most? Or just a few? In either case, those Muslims who are 'good, decent people' are not good muslims, according to the Koran and the Hadith. Real Muslims are as intent on killing those good, decent Muslims as they are on killing Jews and Christians. "ALL INFIDELS MUST DIE!"
