No, it would just have to posit that we were created or designed, i.e. did not come out of some random process of decay or cooling. The complexity of the human genome and the order of life lends one to that conclusion. Then from there you get to creator.

That might make sense if anyone were arguing that the genome was formed from a random process, sprung fully-formed. As no-one is, your circular logic is left decidedly wanting.
