TAYLOR42 WHINED TO TUCKRDOUT: "BBBBBOOOOOOOHHHHHHHOOOOOOOO!!!!!"

TAYLOR42 ADDED: "Would you want to "live" like this woman has?"

TAYLOR42 ADDED: "Not Me!"

TAYLOR42 ADDED: "If eating through a tube in my stomach is the best I can do,. It's time to move on."

I AM RESPONDING: "That may be YOUR choice and Michael Schiavo's choice, but it is NOT TERRI'S choice and NOT HER PARENTS' choice!"

I AM RESPONDING: "Michael Schiavo has apparently committed FRAUD when he accepted $700,000 for Terri's rehab and immediately REFUSED to give her ANY THERAPY!!!!!"

I AM RESPONDING: "Does anyone know how in the world Michael Schiavo got GUARDIANSHIP instead of her LIFE-LONG LOVING PARENTS??????? I undersatnd Michael had been married to Terri for ONLY 3 YEARS at the time of her mysterious beating, strangulation and potassium injection by her money-sucking husband Michael Schiavo "incident" and she had told friends/family she was contemplating divorce. WHY would HE get guardianship?...just because he was her husband?

In a normal case, granting guardianship to the spouse would be the reasonable and correct thing to do. Among other things, the spouse would normally be expected to live longer than the parents and has also typically taken a vow to love, honor, cherish, and care for, in sickness and in health.

The problem in this case is that even if 99% of the time a willing spouse would be the best guardian for a disabled person, occasionally someone will end up disabled with a spouse like Schiavo. Usually this isn't too much of a problem, because usually someone won't end up disabled with a husband like Schiavo and a judge like Greer. Unfortunately, that particular combination looks like it can be deadly.
