Take a basic course in constitutional law buckwheat.Ohh, namecalling. Last vestige of those who no longer have an argument. What you are calling for is for a state law by the national government to be overturned because you don't agree with it. Well, I'm sorry, while that may be common practice in today's day and age, that was not the intent of the Founders.

You need to learn to read here buckwheat. State laws OPPOSE and CRIMINALIZE the abuse and neglect of this women. What I am calling for is the enforcement of that law. Such an action by either state or federal authorities is fully supported by constitutional and natural law. That you misrepresent what I said shows your inability to read and reason.
