The 14th Amendment has been so overused by 'conservatives' and liberals alike as this cover all excuses it's not funny. Should be overturned anyway. It's not violating her civil rights. This is attempted murder. A state issue

Bingo. You nailed it. A state issue, to be resolved by the state, and if the state supreme court doesn't rule correctly, her blood is on their hands. Period.
I'm VERY nervous about using the 14th Amendment in this case...

Civil rights are being violated. She is a disabled women. Her husband is conspiring to have her starved to death. That IS a violation of her rights and of the law. Both Bush boys have a legal cause to intervene.
