The chicken rocks, BTW.That's what I was wondering, and it sounds tasty. Thanks for the culinary review--and much to the dismay of its neighbors, the restaurant will be busier than ever. With luck, they'll open other restaurants shortly.

That's what I was wondering, and it sounds tasty. I was only able to get chicken because I know the owner's daughter-otherwise, I would have waited a few weeks before trying to buy some. I'm not waiting in line for 2 hours, no matter how good the chicken is.

The recipe and cooking method seem easy to duplicate and open up rival store with Hispanic name. And make the chicken better.
---> A: My first thought was the local outlet of the Central American chicken chain Pollo Campero, in the La Curacao department store downtown it has hourlong lines at all times of day and night. But the chain, as ubiquitous as KFC in Guatemala and El Salvador, really specializes in more of a garlicky, peppery fried chicken, sort of Popeyes-plus in style, although there is roast chicken too.
