Does your cousin's husband have any idea how to prosecute this crime against the marriage laws? Can Jeb do something because breaking this law is a crime? That would be new evidence for an appeals court to consider. It needs to be argued in a court. Couldn't Jeb with this info in hand, go and send in the National Guard to rescue Terri until the marriage court could rule against Schaivo, or the criminal court while it's going through its proceedings? Terri could have her feeding tube reinserted until after those hearings have been held.
