Thanks for posting this article.

For a long time, I've been of the opinion that Halliburton provides these services to the US Military faster, better, and cheaper than they can do it themselves. Not that this will matter to the rats one stinkin' bit. They're happy to damn a very important part of this process to score cheap political points.
