Is it possible that there could be a conflict between what the outside legal team thinks is permissible, and what Jeb's own counsel believes is permissible?

I'm relating this to the notion that Jeb would have Governor's Counsel... like Bush has WH Counsel, correct?

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, dear, dear me. What's a statesman to do?

The poor man, unable to act without the permission of his lawyers!

[spit]

WTF would Teddy Roosevelt have done?

Did he call for his lawyers before he read the riot act and sent the Marines to Tripoli?

I don't think so.

I am so disgusted with the spineless wimps that pass themselves off as statesmen.

Have Schiavo's team of lawyers also hired outside experts, and have these opinions also been sent to the governor?

BTW according to a poster on FR... Neal Boortz said that the WH is looking into this matter. Perhaps a Federal avenue will work.
