Well, Marxism as a dogmatic belief system advocates that belief in God is "the opiate of the people" and should be eliminated. All socialisms, whether Marxist or National,insist on the destruction of religion because it creates rival power centers to the State, which they insist must be the only deity. All the God-centered religions of the world believe that homosexual behavior is sinful. You figure out the rest.

Oh, yes. I'm sure that the war against Western institutions and the Left's desire for equality have nothing to do with the issue of gay marriage. The desire to "treat everyone the same" and to destroy institutions that still uphold some order of rank wouldn't be a socialist undertaking at all, now would it?
