I see that mone of the "experts" are volunteering to try it.

It would be more merciful to her to put a bullet in her brain. But she has not been shown any mercy so far so why start now?

The legal question was, Could a Judge order the execution of an individual that has not violated any laws?

That was answered in the affirmative. So, who will be next?

Anyone who is deemed unproductive, it seems. We've become a nation of "health" elitists. If we can't jog or ride a bike, or climb a cliff, or pump iron, then we just aren't worthy. It's on its way, and picking up speed.

What an excellent phrase/question! Thank you for sharing it. We need to fight back with our own language/descriptions, and this fits the bill well.
