Don't all good prosecutor "only" put on the part of their case that can easily be blown out of the water?

No, you say?

Then I wonder why this guy did? You'd think he'd go with the best stuff he had.

This guy is such a rookie. He saw bookdeals and stars in his eyes, and made a dumb decision to go forward with this prosecution.

Mackey is going to cause him to lose his job shortly. Someone told him that he better get his ass in front of the cameras and do some damage control, but it only made him look weaker.

"Dont worry, we've got more". Yeah right. Before this trial is over, we are going to see Mackey sitting on his back, slapping him in the head, yelling "Who's your daddy?"

Kobe is going to walk.
