I only want him to be found guilty IF if IS guilty. Agreed. Some already have their minds made up. As you say, some people WANT him to be guilty. That's too bad. That means they want it to be true that this girl was brutally raped, as has been described. I, for one, hope she's just a mentally unstable person as opposed to a rape victim, but I do hold out the possibility that Kobe raped her. It doesn't make much sense to me that he would, but I can't rule out it completely. And, yes, if he did it, he should go away for a long, long time.
