Oh yeah --- I'm in agreement. A feeding tube isn't extraordinary at all --- but drug injections into a vein are definitely more unnatural --- and that's all apparently fine --- we don't want Michael feeling too much guilt --- this way he can kill her and know she didn't feel too much pain. He won't have to lose a night's sleep now --- unless he's busy staying up celebrating over his new-found wealth. I bet the lover is quite jovial now too.
