They are replaying David now, on EIB. I think if the EIB moguls are shrewd, they will put David on randomly during the week, so the loyal base will be eager to tune in. Hate to bring it down to dollars and cents, but ad revenues are sold months in advance and so EIB has a lot riding here. They must handle all things very delicately. Including not overusing David. V's wife.

Isn't it most unusual for communication from a detox facility, especially during the beginning of the rehab program? Sad as it is to say, most have a period where the client must go through the "withdrawl" portion of the treatment as well as an almost bottoming out from a personal perspective (almost like military basic training). It will be very difficult to hear how well or poorly he's doing for some time.

And let's face it, Rush's syndicators and stations are working overtime to hang on to the franchise. There is a lot at risk here for them.

Honestly, I think you'll hear Rush transition form mainstream stations to religion stations that have talk. He may end up being syndicated by the Salem network and aired on their stations.

David is a solid guy. He is smart and passionate about his beliefs, but is open-minded enough to listen to other points of view...I wish he would run for office here in Missouri sometime...

I hope G. Gordon Liddy takes a few days filling in. I heard him tell his story a few times last week how Rush jumped in and helped him when his radio program was in trouble. My opinion: Rush will come back stronger than ever.
