Of course you are not going to see a hysterical laughter that would APPEAR normal. Her muscles and reflexes are damagaed.......just not her mind. Anyone with CP would understand what I am talking about. The MIND is working, just not the muscles. You can TELL her MIND is working .Look at the SPARKLE in her EYES.

The point is that when Terri responds, it means that she is not within the medical definition of being in a "Persistent Vegetative State" at which point, her misdiagnosis is resulting in her illegal death. As long as she is not in a PVS , then legally there is no reason whereby those statutes apply. And...before Terri was considered to be in a PVS by those on Michael's side, Terri was speaking. She has deteriorated through a lack of proper care as afforded her under the disabilities laws in Florida statutes. I can look them up again if you would like.
