I'm becoming convinced that the Schindlers' attorneys have anything but the best interests of Terri at heart. They've screwed this case up by the numbers for three years now. They keep arguing this law, and that law, and another law over her...and they ignore the fact that under Floriduh's warped laws, Michael Schiavo holds all of the cards.

At that point, you quit arguing the law and argue in equity--something that a C- first-year law student would pick up on instantly, but that Schindlers' attorneys have NOT. Either the Schindlers are massively unlucky in their choice of attorney, or the attorney's playing to another agenda (like self-promotion) and playing a very cruel game with the Schindlers.

The involvement of notorious ex-Freeper and even more notoriously self-promoting attorney Jack Thompson makes me VERY suspicious.
