I have been a bit ill, but have been speaking to other Freepers about this. I cannot understand why a suit was brought under the Americans With Disabilities Act when this is CLEARLY a constitutional RIGHT TO LIFE ISSUE as spelled out intricately and without ambiguity in The Preamble to The Declaration of Independence.

"WE hold these truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, and that they are endowed by their Creator with certain INALIENABLE Rights, that among these are LIFE, LIBERTY, and the Pursuit of Happiness----That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that when ANY Form of Government becomes Destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to Alter or Abolish it...."
If we, who believe abortion is murder, can't see that THIS is a million times worse than a partial-birth abortion, we should each be willing to endure the pain that this girl is being forced to endure, or get up and MOVE her out of that place!!! There should not be even 1 inch between the people who should be overflowing that deadly place with their presence. Where are the priests and nuns to form the barrier to her torture???

I have also wondered where the Church has been. I know prayers are being said, but where are all the actions the Church has within its own laws to rescue this girl?
Can't/Couldn't they have granted her special dispensation for Annullment from an adulterous husband? Have they tried it? Doesn't G-d still trump State?
Doesn't the Constitution still trump lower court corruption?
I don't think Al Gore got to win the FLA electoral votes though the FLA Courts tried damn hard to make sure he did.

Hey why dont you get to the crux of the matter and ask why God doesnt rain down fire and brimstone on all of Florida.

Then said Jesus, "were not ten cleansed? Where are the nine? Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?"

The Lord causes his blessings to fall upon the just and the unjust ... how many return to give Him thanks? Those who do stand with the Terri's of the world ~ a small army, but a mighty one ... be of good cheer, Nix 2 ...

Personally, I find the portion of the verse ... Where are the nine? ... to be so extraordinarily sad ...
