Yes, I know, I have been following this for weeks and know that this whole thing is one big tangle of corruption. My thinking is that this should have been pursued in criminal court, instead of civil court. Judge Greer has had complete say-so because everything has been litigated through him. Terri's attorney's motions have all been to him. His bias is breathtakingly obvious, so the whole thing has been an exercise in futility. It may be too late, I realize, but what other options are there? I was just wondering if this has been tried.

I don't have the statute handy, but I know the law is listed pertaining to guardianship rules. I also realized a long time ago that Greer does not care a whit for the laws, and the higher courts refuse to admit that Greer is either corrupt or inept. But perhaps there is someone in the criminal court system that actually has some morals. I doubt it, but who knows? I was just wondering if it has been tried?

Iowa Mom, remember that Greer and the FL "Supremes" are all for the most part appointees of the popular Democrat Gov. Lawton Chiles. They are all peas in the FL pod.

They tried.

They tried everything.

The fix was in from day one.

Don't let yourself be upset by the johnie-come-lately self-styled legal expert/blowhards with their infinite faith in the court system.

People get screwed over in courts. Lives get destroyed in courts. It's a fact. And it's no secret.
