Which if his "ramblings" do you consider to be wrong? How familiar are you with the details of the case? Let's address them individually at your discretion. Because, I assure you, the more familiar one becomes, the more baffling it is that the rulings have fallen as they have. I personally can't come up with any good reason why this man Schiavo wasn't slapped around by the courts long ago. It simply defies logic.

The allegation that this was all some big fix...

As long as some Big Conspiracy Conservatives think that this was a result of some "big fix," then they won't do what is necessary, they won't learn what they have to learn, they won't hire the lawyers skilled in these matters, they won't ensure that a protective statute is passed in Tallahassee, they won't take the steps to win public support early on..... so this will happen again, and when it does, it will be partially our fault.
