The parents needed to have a pro-Terri guardian appointed. Not one in favor of the husband, or in favor of them, but in favor of Terri's assumed right to live.

That guardian, not the parents, but the guardian then could have brought an Equity case, saying, "we don't care who the closest next of kin is, she probably desires to live and she deserves to live."

Fed courts are more likely to give you a shot on equity in a case like this. They sould have gotten it to the Atlanta CCOA!

You are clearly not up on this case.

They DID have a Guardian At Litem appointed for her. And the GAL did say that her "husband" should not be allowed to decide on her death due to his obvious conflict of interest.

The upshot?

Judge Roy Bean Greer fired the GAL, and gave the "husband" the full rights.

The federal courts?

They tried that too.

The fix has been in since day one.

This deal stinks to high heaven.

There is more corruption, lies, deceit, greed, and just plain old filth than anyone can shake a stick on.

Please study up on the actual case, rather than rattling off some generalities, OK?

Stop and think. If one tenth of your ramblings were correct, the Schindler's would have won years ago.
