Why can't that case be bumped up to the Florida Supreme Court, with the Governor's office filing the suit? As I understand it, the INFAMOUS SUPREMES refused it.I think this will have to be filed as a criminal investigation. GO BUSH.....comeon.......DO WHAT IS RIGHT. THe CLOCK IS TICKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep thinking about the people of Florida, and their court system.
Makes me believe that the people have filled the courts with the judges that they deserve. If the politics in Florida is so fractious, and the liberals still win, why aren't the conservatives demanding justice?
There must be a way to change the profile of the courts, to sway the judges to conservative ideals.
To hear that little has changed since the 2000 election and the Florida Supreme Court's historic rulings, is really disturbing.
