NO ONE KNOWS WHAT SHE WANTS. She has never put anything in writing about 'what if'. And the ONLY thing the courts are killing her with, is the statement from an adulterous husband, who has probable 'evidence' against him in CAUSING her current disabled state.
Granted, YOU would not want to be kept alive in certain circumstances. But that is YOU. YOU have decided. YOU have made your decisions, YOU have your opinions. YOU are NOT Terry... and YOU have NO right to speak for what she might want.( NOT an attack on you, just a 'general' viewpoint)
Would YOU want someone who abandoned you at your weakest point, make a decision on your very life? Would YOU want someone who betrayed/SH#T on sacred marriage vows with you, to have the right to decide 'what you wanted'?
People who are OUTSIDE Terry's family horror, DO have an interest and 'right' to be involved. MAKE NO MISTAKE...whatever happens with THIS case, sets a PRECEDENCE for ANYONE ELSE who comes after Terry. (stroke patients, handicapped newborns, mentally retarded people, people with long-term sickness, people who are NOT pretty or handsome, people who are not very 'smart', people who have warts, people who are not as good as 'me'.)
And just to put this on a basically human aspect....do YOU want some court to come along and say that, when your spouse has deserted you,chosen some cheap female, and demands your death, that your PARENTS have NO right to continue providing the life they gave you?
