I agree.
However, this is a civil case. And it appears he has exhausted all legal avenues.
However, if Terri could be divorced from her husband, citing infidelity... but, she needs an independent guardian. And thus far the courts have refused to remove her husband as the guardian. Blatant conflict of interest, in my opinion.

Graymatter had an excellent idea over on one of the other threads, but I think it would probably involve Jebbie getting W involved. W could revoke her citizenship. Then she would no longer be under the jurisdiction of the FL kangaroo courts. Family would of course have to move to Canada, but I don't think they'd mind that at this point.
