PC (Politically Correct) Moose is probably responsible for deaths of innocent people with his White Van driven by a white guy ploy while ignoring the sighting of these two snipers in earlier shootings.

From the moment he saw the sniper's note, with key phrases like "Call me God" and "Word is Bond", Moose could not fail to have known that he was dealing with a member of "Five Percent Nation of Islam"

Moose knew. I believe he chose to lead the investigation on a wild "white van" chase because he did not want a Black Muslim to be caught as the sniper

Thanks for bringing these facts/reality checks re PC Moose and his PC actions which protected the killers and endangered everyone in DC. You posted:

I don't know if we would have caught these killers if some good cops hadn't alerted FNC about the description of the real vehicle and drivers. After the vehicle description and killer's description was announced, the brave Truck Driver found their vehicle and blocked it from escaping from the rest area. The state of Maryland's State Troopers didn't want to respond to his pleas for help. Finally they did because it would have been too embarrassing not to have responded.
