Most of the tech is indigenous. The rest is Russian. It would be a poor assumption to imagine that America somehow has technology and no one else does. What is more is that America is clearly losing it's tech lead; there is no doubt that those days are about over.

If you want to know America's future, 20 years or so, look at France. Oh, the Horror! This cannot be! Can it?
