I must confess that the Marlin's Rodriguez has a Charlie Hustle clutch player thing going throughout these playoffs.

Not that it would have mattered, but Rangers' owner Tom Hicks let Pudge go free agent because he wouldn't pay the $10 million Pudge wanted.

So the Marlins paid it, and, if the Marlins win, he ought to be the MVP of this series, and will get into the World Series.

He's a fantastic catcher, and a good person (still lives here in DFW and sponsors a host of charities). He didn't want to leave the Rangers, but they didn't want him.

I'll be glad for him, if the Marlins go to the Series.
