I just read a comment on one of the threads about this (don't ask me where now), that the judge in this case did not even read the opinions of 6 of the 7 doctors who wrote evaluations about this.

So how can that man make an informed judgment?

This is frightening.

The formation of an informed opinion presupposes an objective relationship with the truth. I do not believe that any such relationship exists for many of these judges.

I was alerted to this by iowamomforfreedom:

August 7, 2001 - Judge Greer ignored all the evidence presented to him and ordered to have Terri's feeding stopped on August 28, 2001. In his written court order, he admitted he did not read six of the seven doctor's affidavits.
