is he a beneficiary of an insurance policy? why didn't he divorce her?
i haven't been keeping up with this situation. there seem to be so many issues involved nevertheless, her husband seems a bit unscrupulous.
is there brain activity and if her parents were willing to care for her why weren't they allowed to take her home (and set up hospital equipment in the house).

He will inherit what is left of the $1.2 million won through a malpractice suit (most of it was supposed to be earmarked for her care and rehabilitation, but he has not spent a dime of it for that purpose). There may be insurance money, but I don't know.

Well, you see it goes like this. Her husband is the benificary of any monies involved AFTER HER DEATH and because Dr's said she could expect a normal life span (with good care). He has contrived a way to have her life expectancy cut short.
