Dr. Atkins has been having his way with me to the tune of almost 20 pounds, but I'm still a LONG way from Calista.

I am the latest in a long line of excellent Southern cooks with a strong overlay of Creole French . . . no skinny people in our orbit!

The soon to be Mrs. VC was a very nice looking 105 pounds when we got together 7 years ago, but has since put on about 20 pounds.

She worries about it alot more than I do.
