the people of the Fulbright scholarship

My guess is that they were from the Langley, VA branch of the Fulbright Foundation, and their scholarship interviews touch on many subjects of interest to that division.

PUHLEAZE! After the whole "bright idea" scandal of sending an idiot Clinton lackey out ot Niger to drink tea, I'm VERY skeptical that the CIA is capable of any sort of coherent cover policy let alone doing it through a "repuatible" educational association.

Learn something new every day. I thought the Fulbright's were privately sponsered, but nope, just another Senator using our money to give himself a permanent legacy.

Fulbright Program at Department of State (yea THEM again, I agree with Pat Robertson, the whole place should be gutted). The Impeached One worked in Fulbright's office when BJ was attending Georgetown majoring in (what else?) International Affairs.
