Michael Schiavo wants the State of Florida to finish the murder of his wife, perhaps believing it will somehow absolve him of his own guilt and culpability in the matter.
I think he's nuts. Even more nuts are the people he's got assisting him in this evil "quest."

Michael can prove his motives by giving everything she leaves him to her family. He wouldn't do it, IMO.
