The feds don't have that many real jobs-- protecting the borders is one of them and I'd demand the feds pay for sealing the border and jailing illegals and deporting them. The feds push all kinds of unfunded mandates on states like Sp-Ed. It should all be ended immediately. If the feds want the states to do something, the feds should pay for it. Better yet, leave the states the hell alone.
