Cub fans like me feel like Charlie Brown after missing a kick at that footbal.....again....
Just damn.
If you want on the new list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...
[As i mentioned, the B/C & JD! lists are going to float into and out of whack over the forseeable future, while I try to cobble a rig back together for myself. My apologies for any incovenience or misunderstandings in this time frame. New signups/removals may be flaky in this time-frame as well; please bear with me, and keep in mind you may have to FReepmail me more than once for me to get it done. Thanks again!]

This guy will become a part of the Cubs hard luck legend for the remainder of his life as the Marlins go on to play the Yankees in the World Series.
Seriesly.

There are some pretty good shots of this fan, and there's no doubt someone will recognize him.
You can bet he'll be watching game seven tonite with, er, "renewed interest", while on the phone with out of state realtors.

The cubs didn't have to fall apart just because they didn't get that one out. Anyway, they got a good chance today if they come into the game with the right attitude.

Another Cub fan is born...

I think the fan's name is Ignatius Morton Alexander Dummass.

Fans like this idiot need to wake up in the hospital with two broken legs. This piece of s*** may have cost the Cubs a trip to the World Series.
You might need a therapist with that attitiude.

I feel bad for him. The fireman next to him said they never saw the fielder coming, they were just reacing for a foul that was
out of the field of play.
You can't blame it on a fan; these guys are supposed to be professional. If you can't rise above missing a pop foul, then you don't belong in the World Series.
Was the fan there for the 8 runs scored? Did he pitch, or field? Nope.
The Cubs are being whiners. Let them join the Red Sox in the Hall of Shame. They don't deserve to be there, IMO.

Sucks to be him.

Everyone wants to blame someone else for their piece of the pie being bad, and those same people want all the credit when it's good. No one takes responsibility. It's a GAME. What ever happened to Sportsmanship?
To: capydick
If it ends up Marlins/Yanks, Fox should just go ahead and broadcast crickets chirping.

You're right, it was his fault Prior walked the guy after that. It was his fault that Gonzalez bobbled the routine grounder. It was his fault that Prior grooved a fastball to a fastball hitter. It was his fault Prior was still in the game after throwing 120 pitches. It was his fault that there where 2 IBB issued later in the inning. It was his fault the Cubs couldn't even manage one baserunner in two innings.
GET A GRIP, PEOPLE.

Fans have no right to interfere with the outcome of the game.
