I don't know that she is going to jail but she should receive the same punishment as any other drug pusher. She also audio-taped Rush's conversations without his permission which is punishable by law.

That miscarriage would be if she was jailed in spite of turning states evidence, which I understand she is.

I don't seem to recall it being called a "miscarriage of justice" when Linda Tripp taped Monica. Rush should have known better, he should have lived his life as if everything he ever said wouldn't defame him if it came out.
William Bennett, Rush Limbaugh, who's next to fall? The liberals are all waiting with baited breath, because they think all conservatives are hypocrites, just like they did with the TV preacher scandal of ten years ago. We need to disassociate ourselves with those who say one thing, and do another.
