Truth is, there are way too many peope with HIV that KNOW their status yet willingly hide it from their (euphemisticly) 'love partners'.
What that amounts to is premeditated murder.
It is done with malicious intent and knowledge that infection and death will happen.

Besides, no-one in their right mind would have sex with an HIV positive person.
Thus the infected person's selfish decision to hide their status.

As for his victims, I take no pleasure in their misfortune. That said, nobody forced them to conduct themselves like harlots or to engage in unsafe sex in an era when only the severely retarded are unaware of the AIDS epidemic.
