Does it make a difference the women know he's infected and he passes a deadly disease?

If these women had known and accepted that he was going to shoot them in the forehead with a .45, would he have been able to walk away? I don't think so. It's murder in any case.

ANY HIV + who is having sex with anyone should be put in jail for attempted murder, WHETHER the person consents to it or not.

For the same reason that I'd want jailed for attempted murder someone who was shooting at my neighbor daily, even if the neighbor was part of the deadly game.
