A single hair found attached to pliers in Scott Peterson's boat broke in an evidence package and was not mishandled by investigators,according to prosecution document filed in court Tuesday.

I don't get it. You mean they haven't done DNA testing on that hair yet? I thought it was a root hair and that DNA testing would tell us whether it was Laci's or not. Now, they say it MAY have come from Laci, but not Scott.
