Peterson's lead attorney, Mark Geragos, was looking to push back the Oct. 20 hearing because a Los Angeles murder trial in which he represents one of the defendants is behind schedule, sources said.We knew Geragos was going to pull this.
Delay, Delay, Delay.

Thankyou Runningbear for the ping.
Did anyone see Greta last night? Ted Rolands was on,and mentioned a search dog by the name of Melin, had picked up a "hit" on Laci at Scott's warehouse. This is the first I have heard of any of the dog's picking up Laci's scent at Scott's warehouse.A little history on Merlin, he is a 4 year old boodhound and his handler is Cindee Valentine. She helped in the search for Laci last Dec 12-26.This is all I have so if anyone can add any more from Ted's report on Greta's show last night,I would appreciate it.

I saw Greta last night, Mags. The only thing I can add is that I understood defense is challenging the warehouse "hit" by Merlin, because Laci had visited the warehouse "recently" (unspecified date). If true, does that beg the question, "did Laci see the boat"?
To: Sandylapper
Thanks Sandylapper sure opens lot of possibilities, doesn't it. There is supposed to be a spot on Fox concerning Scott's cell phone. Is there any chance you can turn it on and see if there is anything more forthcomeing, than just a standard "teaser".
