So, one third regular soldiers at the moron end who want that flashy new uniform with the "Counter-Terrorist Strike Force insignia, one third gang bangers in uniform, and one third "immigrants" eager to get amnesty.

Fersher. I've heard from mostly "conspiracy" types that the non-violent, druggies and the like, in the prisons would be fertile soil for mining "recruits". A way to work off their debt to society? No irony here.
