I guess the fact that a good portion of Iraq is stable,
local elections have already been held,
all the schools are open,
all the Hospitals are open,
98% of the courts are operating,
60,000 Iraqi police officers are on duty,
15,000 Iraqi Army Personel are in training,
1.5 million barrels of oils prodused a day,
and Electricity, Water, and Sewer are all above pre-war levels
I don't see this as evidence of not having a post war plan? does anyone else?
