What he can do is what any Thinking concerned person SHOULD do, especially if he is at the helm of Government in the State of Florida.

He has the option to send armed officers into that hospital and to refuse to allow anyone to touch her until an outside independent analysis is done on Terri's behalf.

Oh, it is so agonizing to watch him go through this. He pleaded to JEB, from one father to another, to intervene, and help save his daughter.
