Tip: The governor of any state in the union, has extraordinary and unique Constitutional power to save life and limb.
No governor requires a judicial decision to act in in just such a case.
Judges DO NOT RUN the states, nor the federal government --- which is in particular, because you brought it up --- a Bush family problem.
No rant; purely observation of the powers reserved to the States by the U.S. Constitution, which includes, by the way, the power to make a Supreme Court case out of it.
My... the heavy burden of responsible leadership; sometimes this means losing your job for the sake of doing the right thing.

We need to flood Jeb's office asking him to be the protector of the Florida constitution he swore to. He needs to stay this execution!

Of course you're ranting, but you're ranting at the wrong person.
Rant at Michael Schiavo and Greer, not Jeb Bush.
Show me, in law, what gives Jeb Bush the authority to countermand a judge's order.

I think we already went through this type of extra-constitutional standoff with Roy Moore in Alabama. In the end everyone loses.

Check your state constitution and find out what the Governors duties are. I believe that you will find this is outside of his venue/not in his job description.
This is a decision made in the courts and based on evidence presented in court. Governor Bush did the only thing that he is legally able to do by filing a "Friend of the Court" brief.
My personal opinion is that the husband and everyone involved in this are murderer's.
They will have to answer to GOD on this one.
Florida courts have set a bad precedent on this. I'm afraid that no one's life is safe in Florida - maybe because they have so many elderly and they can use this to kill them in the name of humaneness. Maybe they should ask Dr. Kivorkian to live in Florida. I don't think I would want to.
Perhaps someone should sue to have the money for her care restored to the state or whomever paid it to the husband. Certainly, he won't need it for her care.
